Stock Exchange

The stock exchange system in the State of Kuwait is based on Law No. 31 of 1990 regarding the regulation of stock exchange and the establishment of investment funds and Ministerial Resolution No. 113 of 1992 regarding the implementation of the regulations related to Decree-Law No. 31 of 1990 and its amendments represented in the decisions and orders issued later. The stock exchange laws regulate the process of public offering, and concerning foreign securities, which include stocks, bonds and units of investment funds.
